The unit I have had for 3 1/2 months, had to be returned once already because it took too long to determine the position and the volume was too quiet, and a few other problems which I forget now. They claimed they replaced the software but, it still takes 4-5 minutes to determine the position each time I turn it on, within the same week. The speakers are in the back, because the unit is thin, so the unit is not loud enough to overcome road noise at highway speeds plus the radio. Its either the GPS or the radio; not both at the same time.

Yesterday and today, the main screen did not come on, hence no GPS. When I turn the unit on, I get a screen that says "please point the image's center area correctly" and there is a plus sign in the middle. No matter what I do, that's as far as the unit goes. Now I have to send it back again, at my own expense.
